Submitted by Olympia Harbor Days The South Sound Maritime Heritage Association, in celebration of the 50th Annual Edition of Olympia Harbor Days Maritime Festival, is proud to present an addition to the 2.5 day festival: Friday, September 1 there will be a 75 Drone Maritime Light Show over the Westbay of Budd Inlet with a test rehearsal Thursday, August 31. Both shows start at 9:30 p.m. and are just over eight minutes long projecting maritime and marine images in the night sky. Carol Riley, executive director says, 'Traditional festival hours for Friday have been extended this year to offer the public a Night Market which includes arts, crafts, commercial, and food vendors as well as extended illuminating entertainment and closing with the Drone Show.
